It was really on awe-inspiring accomplishment for Lipa City Colleges as this has been the first time for these students to copped National Awards during the said celebration. Kudos to our young debaters and impromptu speaker and to their proficient coaches, Mr. Ruel Morcilla and Ms. Rosalie Balhag as they kept the torch of Lipa City Colleges burning.
